Thanks to patrons of the Studio Home Tour

The joy of a show can easily be forgotten in the chaos of preparation and follow up.

Patrons supplied the highlights for me during my recent Sandia Heights Studio Art Tour. Thanks to all who attended. Here’s one of the creations that went quickly!

Each year I present a show special. T-shirt necklaces were my featured item for 2014. I presented a longer version on an adjustable leather strap as well as a shorter option with a sterling adjustable chain and lobster clasp.

Reviews? Two thumbs up! It was a great reception. Both versions sold well.

My studio showcased beads, beads and more beads.

My displays incorporated antlers as well as tribal props. A special thanks goes to the gentleman who brought me a set of elk horns for my collection! (Disclosure: His wife is a returning customer.)

On Sunday I shared a pair of earrings with every lady who visited.

I’m headed for a debrief meeting shortly. Thanks to High Desert Art & Frame who will show Sandia Heights Artists work through the month of October. Each of us appreciates the support of this local business as well as the local community.

So, until we next meet again, color me thankful…and, like Calysta, relaxing!
